Judo referee Angelo Santelia of France will be refereeing at the Paralympic Games in Rio2016. He is one of the 12 judo referees at the Paralympics. He was also refereeing at the 2012 Paralympics in London. He refereed at three European and World Championships. Santelia is IBSA referee since 2010. He lives in Saint Etienne.
