Tohar Butbul of Israel took silver at the IJF World Masters in 2019 in Qingdao. He triumphed at the Grand Prix in Linz in 2023. In 2014 he won bronze at the European Junior Championships and silver at the seniors in Lisbon in 2021. Tohar won bronze at the Grand Slam in Paris in 2017. He captured bronze at the Grand Prix in Tel Aviv in 2019 and claimed gold gold at GP Zagreb. He took bronze at the GS in Tel Aviv in 2021 and 2022. He bagged bronze at the GS in Ulaanbaatar in 2022. He claimed bronze at the GP in Budapest in 2022. He earned a bronze medal at the Grand Slam Tbilisi in 2024.
