Kazakh judoka Gusman Kyrgyzbayev attained bronze at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. He became world silver medallist in 2021 in Budapest. He took a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Tunis in 2018. He took a bronze medal at the Asian Pacific Championships in Fujairah in 2019 and bronze in 2022. He triumphed at the Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi in 2019. He took bronze at the Grand Slam in Tel Aviv in 2021. He took a silver medal at the Grand Slam Qazaq Barysy in Astana in 2023. He was 2016 World Military Champion in Uster.
