Canadian judoka Keagan Young claimed a bronze medal at the Youth Olympic Games in 2018 in Buenos Aires. Young took a bronze medal at the Cadet World Championships in Santiago de Chile in 2017. In 2018 he won gold at the Cadet European Cup in Antalya. He claimed a bronze medal at the Pan American Open in Lima in 2023. His mother won a veteran world title. Gold medal at the 2024 European Open in Prague.
