Judo is a Game of throws. Judo throws consists of judo hand throwing techniques: Te-Waza, hip throwing techniques: Koshi-Waza, foot throwing techniques: Ashi-Waza and sacrifice techniques: Sutemi in various directions. The most common judo throw is Uchimata. Followed by Seoinage, Osotogari, O-Uchi-gari, Harai Goshi, Tai Otoshi. A popular judo throw is Uranage, a huge judo throw backwards lifting the opponent. Kata Guruma was forbidden after the 2012 Olympic Games.
