Cuban judoka Kaliema Antomarchi claimed bronze at the 2017 World Championships in Budapest. She won the Grand Slam in Brasilia in 2019. She won the Panam title and won two Pan Am medals. Kaliema took bronze at the Grand Slam in Osaka in 2018. She took silver at the Grand Prix in Tbilisi in 2019 and silver in Antalya and bronze in Budapest. She took silver at the Pan American Championship in 2019 in Lima. She won the Belgian Open in 2020. She bagged a silver medal at the Pan American Championships in Guadalajara in 2021. She finished fifth at the Tokyo2020 Games.
