Judo referee Fariz Huseynov of Azerbaijan will be refereeing at the Paralympic Games in Rio2016. He is one of the 12 judo referees at the Paralympics. He is the youngest IBSA referee. He debuts at Olympic level and his first IBSA World Championships was in 2014 in Colorado.
