IJF top referee Vladimer Nutsubidze was born in 1969 in Tbilisi, Georgia. He officiated at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. European, World Championship and Olympic Games finals were judged by him and he officiated at every edition of the European championships between 2005-2019. He was awarded as the 2017 Best Male Referee of the Year by the EJU and is international referee since 1999. He officiated many World Championships finals.
